Struggling with geographically dispersed teams? Finding it difficult to know what’s going on in the field? Our field coaching tracking tool tells you exactly who is in the field with whom, for how long, and specifically which skills each sales rep needs to improve. Our tracking reports place your eyes over the shoulder of every supervisor and the outcome of every field coaching session, including the performance improvement plans for each rep.

Here’s how it works: Every lesson has a specific field evaluation for a supervisor to follow while coaching in the field. The supervisor uses a simple hard-copy field evaluation form in their side-by-side coaching session with each sales rep. This form enables the supervisor to accurately and effortlessly chart the sales rep’s developmental progress for a detailed skill set and identify areas where additional training may be needed. At the end of the evening the supervisor takes 5 minutes (max) to transfer the data from the hard copy evaluation form over to its online companion developed by our engineers, and this information is electronically rolled up into a master report that tells management exactly what both the supervisor and sales rep are doing. The individual evaluation is sent directly to the supervisor.
