Accountability
The effectiveness of a direct sales team is measured by the quantity and the quality of the sales it generates. Frontline responsibility for building and maintaining a productive, high-quality sales team lies firmly upon the shoulders of the team’s frontline sales supervisors. This program includes a blended learning solution to support supervisors who are managing geographically dispersed teams or teams under one roof. Self-evaluation tools and supervisor evaluation tools are available for each skill and can be accessed electronically and in print. Good supervisors have good sales teams but good sales supervisors are hard to find. Now, with us, it is easier to develop good ones.

Effective supervisors need to be out in the field coaching their sales reps. And one of management’s difficulties is ensuring the supervisors are, in fact, field coaching their sales reps.
